Description
This is my first interviewing others and at first I really did not have a clue what kind of questions I should ask in order to know him because this was our first meeting while I did not want him to feel uncomfortable if my questions were too personal. So, we started the topics about our favorite movies, our hometowns and found out we have some common things to talk like we are both international student and major in Economics. The interesting fact is that we are both not interested in what we are studying and have a plan to transfer school and change the major. So, we ended up discussing about our academic plans and future plans. When I reread my paper, I have a sense that it is not exciting because I did not portray him in a relaxed style. I wish I could know more about him like what would he like to do or want to be. Even though it was a little bit awkward when we started asking each other, and I did not have enough information about him to write this assignment paper, I told him about this problem and finally we got a chance to dip more about each other. So, this is how I have enough facts about him and was able to finish the paper. This assignment gave me the chance to know about other classmates so when I entered the class, it did not give a sense of other people are strangers to me and I was enjoying to sit in class, take a lecture note and listen their opinions and thoughts more than a sense of responsibility for coming to the class or having the attendance point. So, I enjoyed writing about my interviewee and knowing about him, and with his help I did the assignment smoothly. You can read the story about him in next page.
